1. General By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Good Aider Food Machinery Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Pricing All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. For custom equipment or production line solutions, pricing is provided via formal quotation.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or deposit payment (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed). We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and other payment methods as agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, and technical specifications, is the property of Good Aider Food Machinery Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability Good Aider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment beyond the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
