Shipping & Delivery
Good Aider Food Machinery Co., Ltd. ships commercial food processing equipment worldwide from our facility in Dongguan, China.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order equipment may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic (China): Express freight, 3–7 business days
- International: Sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight depending on equipment size and urgency. Estimated transit time: 7–45 business days depending on destination.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on equipment weight, dimensions, and destination. A freight quote will be provided before order confirmation. For bulk orders or production line inquiries, please contact us at sales@goodaider.com.
Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in their country. Good Aider will provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) via email.
